However, if there for any reason if you’re not completely satisfied with your SSL certificate purchase, you may request a refund or cancellation within 30 calendar days of the initial order date of the product. You can request a refund/cancellation via support ticket or from within the customer or partner panel.
Once the certificate is revoked, we will issue a store credit or refund the customer for the full amount of the applicable fees paid for the certificate. Please note that the store credit will be processed immediately, while a refund may take up to 72 hours.
We recommend that you contact our customer support team via phone or by Live Chat before you file the cancellation/refund request to discuss your any issues with regards to your certificate purchase. We assure you that one of our SSL experts can fix almost any issue related to SSL and help you to resolve any confusion you have.
Please be advised, if the certificate is purchased for any fraudulent use or practices, the product and its associated payment will be forfeited immediately, and the customer will not qualify for a refund or exchange of any kind in such cases. If the certificate was issued, it will be canceled/rejected/revoked without any prior notice.
NOTE: Due to certain Certificate Authority (CA) limitations, the 30-days moneyback guarantee does not apply to the purchase of SANs (Subject Alternative Names) and monthly cWatch subscription.
